Gobex was not created because we wanted to build another app. It came from frustration inside the field.
We have used multiple systems. We have worked inside the daily reality of IDD and caregiving operations. We have seen how many platforms sound good on paper but still leave staff, supervisors, QA teams, and providers working around the system instead of being supported by it.
There has not been one system that truly feels built from the inside of the work. Caregiving is not one-size-fits-all.
